The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard. On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification. The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. A modern family home perfectly located in close proximity to Stroud. Stylishly decorated throughout with kitchen, dining area, and living room with patio doors leading to the decking area and garden, the property comfortably sleeps 6. There are 3 bedrooms, consisting of double sized bedroom , single trundle bed and 1 with bunk beds (2 singles) along with a family bathroom. Sleeps 6, with 5 beds Private garden with patio Free parking Local walks in picturesque countryside The space: My home has a bright and airy living area, perfect for groups of family or friends with smart TV, WIFI and a wide selection of books. The living area opens up to the patio and garden area with beautiful views and outside dining furniture, perfect for a lovely summer's evening! The separate dining area is very spacious and comfortably seats 6. There is also a wide selection of games suitable for all ages. The kitchen is situation just off the hall by the front door, including washing machine. cooker, microwave and fully equipped to cater for 6 guests. The first floor has a lovely bedroom with a double sized bed with plenty of wardrobe space. There is a single bedroom, with an additional pull out single bed and a bunkbed bedroom of 2 singles. All beds come with hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, and fluffy towels are provided for each guest together with complementary toiletries. Also on the first floor is a spacious bathroom, with a shower and bath. Please no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property. CHECK IN Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the house sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before. CHECK OUT Check out is 10am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests. Guest access Guests will have the house to themselves, including the patio and garden.
