The local bar & restaurant is just yards away along the harbour and there is a wide range of activities in the area, including walking, cycling and kayaking along the spectacular coastline, fishing trips, distillery visits and there are a number of links golf courses. There are several great beaches - St Medans and Rigg Bay, which are both less than 10 miles away, are two of our favourites. Harbour House is also an ideal base for the Wigtown Book Festival events.
