Byron Woolacombe Holidays, launched in July 2019, is an independent holiday letting agency designed specifically for Byron Woolacombe Holiday Apartments. Our goal is to provide outstanding service to our wonderful guests and provide the highest standard of luxury self-catering accommodation and facilities in Woolacombe. Our small but passionate team is based onsite and comprised of ‘local experts’ to ensure that they can not only provide you with information to select the right apartment for your holiday, but also offer you guidance on somewhere fantastic to eat or drink or visit each day should you so require! Top floor penthouse overlooking the multi award winning beach with a large balcony for meals or just sitting. The apartment is on one level and has two bedrooms (the main one including ensuite bathroom and smart TV). The kitchen is fully equipped with quality German appliances. There are panoramic views of the beach and bay together with surrounding hills and the village itself. Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants are within very short walking distance, there is easy access to the beach and a huge range of activities within Woolacombe itself. For home entertainment there is a 65” TV with Sky Q (over 100 channels), Netflix and Sky Kids included. In addition there are DVDs, books and board games for all the family. Broadband speed is very good. Byron facilities include a swimming pool, sauna and gym. This is an apartment with easy access to activities or where you can just open the bifold doors and just soak up the atmosphere and views from the comfort of your sofa or bed. Beds & Bedrooms 1 x King Size Master Bedroom 1 x Twin set up as standard (Second bedroom can also be made up as a King size bed, please specify when booking if needed) Fresh bed linen & towels are provided for your stay as well as a pint of milk in the fridge! Your apartment comes with an assigned parking space in the secure underground parking, a rare commodity in Woolacombe! The apartment has access to an exclusive onsite private pool and leisure suite for Byron guests only throughout the stay. Information on how to book slots is provided once booking is confirmed. You have access to secure surf storage which can also house those essential buckets and spades for the beach. The shops, bars and restaurants of Woolacombe are within a 100m.

Just a four-minute walk away, you will find the award-winning Woolacombe Beach, renowned for its three miles of golden sand and recognised as one of the Top 10 UK beaches.
