You will have full use of a luxury self contained, ground floor apartment across the road from Barton Beach. The property has recently been completely refurbished to the highest of standards. No expense has been spared creating the perfect holiday home for up to four guests to enjoy all year round. *Ground floor *Lounge with luxury sofa bed *Double bedroom with King size Hypnos mattress, fitted bedroom furniture, smart TV, hairdryer *Large fully fitted luxury ensuite shower room *Washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave *Free Wi-Fi *Smart TV in lounge *Separate Cloakroom *Communal garden with a view to the Isle of Wight *Free parking for one car *Across the road from Barton seafront PLEASE NOTE: We are listed with many Online Travel Agents and they all have their own policies concerning 'Extras'. Some can be selected at the time of your booking and some can't. So for the avoidance of doubt we list them here as well as our booking conditions policy: *Children under 2 years can stay for free assuming you bring your own travel cots. We can provide one Graco travel cot with extra mattress and sheets on request for a small charge of 10 GBP per stay. (Please let us know if you need use of our cot) *We are dog friendly! We accept up to two well behaved dogs. A small charge of 10 GBP per pet, per stay applies to cover the extra cleaning. We also ask that you bring a cover for our leather sofa bed and keep dogs out of the bedroom. Just ask. 3thedome came about because of the overwhelming success of the award winning sister apartment and we had the opportunity to extend the experience to expand capacity. We are now able to accommodate up to 8 people across the two apartments which are right next door to each other. Style, comfort and convenience and opposite the beach too! What more could you ask for? The apartment is opposite the sea, the New Forest is but a short drive and it is midway between Lymington and Bournemouth. Plus a short ferry trip will take you to the Isle of Wight. Perfect UK holiday!!
