No 6 is a beautiful, south-facing end-terrace house in the quiet village of Paul, 1 mile from the sea.

We are a much-travelled couple - a writer and an artist - who love welcoming guests to our beautiful home in spectacular west Cornwall. The area has superb food and drink to offer and we look forward to sharing some with you including a cream tea with homemade scones on arrival and a selection of breakfast options featuring local produce.

The granite village of Paul has a popular pub and an historic church and is a 12-minute walk from the quintessential Cornish fishing village of Mousehole, where there is a sandy beach, excellent restaurants, cafes and a pub, galleries and a range of shops. The South West Coast Path is a mile from Paul and the 230-km West Kernow Way cycling route - one of the most spectacular in the UK - runs past the village. Beaches voted among the best in the world are 20 minutes away, as is the unique Minack Theatre cut into the clifftop. St Ives is a 25-minute drive. At Newlyn, 1.5 miles from Paul, some of the finest seafood available in Europe is landed in the harbour and on sale in shops and served in excellent restaurants. There is an arthouse cinema, artisan food stores, galleries and a range of other shops. From Newlyn you can stroll along the promenade to Penzance which has air and sea links to the subtropical archipelago, the Isles of Scilly. Or you can stroll straight outside 6 Trungle Terrace through unspoilt countryside.
