The Kasbah is a unique romantic lodge for couples to get away from it all. Private and set in the lower field of our home. Parking is available outside the lodge. You are not overlooked by anyone. My husband and I are on hand for any requirements you might have, whilst respecting your privacy at all times. Beautiful walks and great pubs. Pool heated and open from 1st MAY to end of AUGUST. There is a TV and a large collection of DVD’s. WiFi is only accessed through 4G on your phones.

My husband and I live in beautiful Wales where we overlook the welsh valleys and mountains. We have renovated our barn to offer superb luxury accommodation for our guests to enjoy. We have 4 teenage children between us and a cocker spaniel whose very friendly. If any of our guests have any special requirements I will always try to accommodate - I can organise local fishing, painting or beauty treatments in the Barn. I used to work as a PA for Susannah & Trinny organise events and had a Dragon’s Den moment in 2012! My husband and I love meeting new people, and look forward to new guests arriving in both The Barn and The Kasbah. My husband and I live on site, but not overlooking the Kasbah - I work from home so am normally on hand to help in anyway I can with any questions you might have. The swimming pool is shared with my other guests from The Barn, there’s plenty of room around the pool to enjoy.

The Kasbah is isolated, but only 10 minutes drive away is the lovely town of Ellesmere, offering a lake, coffee shops, craft shops and various restaurants. We also have two of the finest gastro pubs in the area on our doorstep - The Cross Foxes and The Boat at Erbistock are 10 minutes drive away and well worth a visit. We live in a beautiful place with views to envy and peace and tranquility. There is a train station in Gobowen which is a 15 minute drive from The Kasbah. The beautiful cities of Chester and Shrewsbury Town are both 30 minutes drive away. There is a local taxi company should you wish to book one. There are plenty of walks we can share with our guests on the doorstep.
