Hi there! We have a great courtyard with 2 houses that my family and another family live in and there is a self-contained flat that we rent out for guests seeking affordable accommodation in a rural setting.

Property information

This is a studio flat near Gillingham with double bed and sofa chair for 1 additional guest if required. The living room has smart TV, sleeping and living areas and shower room with sink and WC. The flat is heated morning and evening. There is an outdoor kitchen in a separate unheated barn and has simple cooking facilities (no dishwasher). There is a table and chair in front of the studio on the drive and private parking for 1 car. Dogs welcome (15 charge 4-7 nights and for each subsequent week).

Neighbourhood information

Local attractions include Stonehenge, Stourhead and Shaftesbury. There are wonderful walks from the house and in the area and the coast is about 1 hour south.
