The property has a spacious hallway which leads to generous, all on ground floor accommodation. There is a small utility area with washing machine and small freezer at the front porch. To the right is the bedroom with delightful views to the Abbey, there is a large shower room off this room with a low profile shower tray, wc and wash basin. A heated towel rail warms the fluffy white towels that are provided for you.
Next door is the spacious open plan living area with two sets of patio doors leading out to the delightful gardens. Here you will also find a kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven and spacious dining table with patio doors leading directly to the garden. Garden seating areas are provided as are the amazing views to the Abbey.
Abbeyside is situated in a very secluded garden in the original grounds of Kelso Abbey but just a few minutes from Town Square and River Tweed. The property is all on ground floor with patio doors leading out to lovely garden.
