Adlington Cottage is a beautiful vintage cottage set in the heart of the village of Adlington, Lancashire. There are a selection of pubs and restaurants within walking distance as well as local shops. Adlington train station is just a few minutes walk from this wonderful cottage and it is also on a bus route. Rivington National Park is also in walking distance and a dog is welcome to stay!
Adlington is a friendly village surrounded by glorious country side and situated between the larger cities of Manchester, Preston and Liverpool. The village has a selection of local shops and small supermarkets, dog friendly pubs as well as restaurants and cafes all within walking distance of the cottage. There are 3 parks with playgrounds nearby and the Leeds - Liverpool canal is just a stones throw away. Just a short drive or bus ride away is the market town of Chorley and there are lots of things nearby to do with families whatever the weather. Adlington cottage has a driveway and there is also plenty free road side parking. The cottage is close to a bus stop and the train station providing links to Manchester and Blackpool.
