The property is located on the Village green and has a historical and artistic character, with access to big front patio and tranquil back garden, attached to the popular Albion Restaurant and Bar. Very close to A19, easy access to everything by bus or driving. Several walking routes around it leading to coast line and major cycling route. Other activities and points of interest include Ryhope Engines museum 0.6 mile, the lovely beaches of Seaham where people visit to collect seaglass 1.5 miles, Karting North East 3 miles and Silksworth ski and tennis centre 2.2 miles.

The hosts are very friendly couple who are visual artist and restauranteur, together they speak 4 languages. They love walking, sports ,food, painting, textile art and photography. Guests can enjoy or purchase the artwork by the owner and local artists or even join in walking and art activities if happening during your stay.
