The Hunting Lodge at Ragley Estate is an elegant house surrounded by glorious countryside, with views over the rolling hills of the Ragley Estate. Multi-paned lead windows twinkle in the sunshine and a striking stack of four chimney pots dominates the rooftop. Inside flagstone floors lead through rooms with ancient oak timber frames, exposed beams and hidden nooks and crannies. With seven bedrooms, two living rooms, and a magnificent garden meandering over two and a half acres complete with an old orchard, children’s playhouse and a bubbling hot tub, this is a fabulous holiday home. Please note a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. This is fully refundable up to 60 days of arrival when your remaining balance payment is due. Please note, if you would like one of the super king-size beds to be arranged as a twin or for one of the 2 single box beds to be available, please contact us directly 7 days before arrival.  3 well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee of 40 GBP per dog. This fee is not included in the rental price. Please advise us at the time of booking if you are bringing a dog/s and you will be sent a request for the additional fee. Please make yourself aware of the hot tub rules and hours of use. An additional fee of 150 GBP applies and it must be requested at the time of booking. It is the policy of this property not to take bookings for groups where the majority of guests are under the age of 25. Ragley Hall regularly hosts popular events such as The Game Fair and Classic Ibiza. We advise that you check their calendar of events prior to booking as there can be some noise disruption and congestion on surrounding access roads. The property is covered by a noise policy due to its location; therefore, in consideration of the neighbours, we respectfully request that noise levels are kept to a minimum before 9am and after 9pm. A damage deposit is required. The Hunting Lodge accepts a maximum of 2 infants

Tucked into the rural Warwickshire countryside there is much to enjoy on your doorstep. Ragley Hall, the ancestral seat of the Marquess of Hertford, is a five-minute drive and plays host to a wealth of outdoor events, including concerts, festivals, open-air cinema and country shows. Historic Stratford-upon-Avon, birthplace of The Bard, is 8 miles away and the bustling market town of Alcester, with lots of places to eat and drink, is a 2-minute drive. The beautiful landscapes and myriad attractions of the Cotswolds are within easy reach. There is a Waitrose in Alcester (1.9 miles) and a large Tesco Extra in Redditch (5.7 miles). There is also the award-winning Hillers Farm Shop (4.8 miles) offering locally grown produce, homemade goods, Ragley Estate Meats, a fishmonger, and an excellent cheese shop.
