Friendly neighbourhood in West Belfast close to Falls Park and local shops Springfield park bus stop is at the top of the estate • 10/15 minute drive to city centre • 15 minute walk to Falls Park • 15 minute walk to Mount Alverno 24 hour service station • 3 miles to Boucher Road Playing Fields • Free parking *There is a security camera in the porch as you enter the apartment that can be turned off when you enter. Please see second last photo• •Quiet hours are between 11pm- 8am as these rules are set by the flat management company. • A new travel cot and a new high chair are available. There are minor noise issues in the kitchen from the floorboards of the apartment above but other than that it is the perfect flat if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay
