My home is in a quiet Art Deco part of Deal and on the doorstep of some of Deals ‘secret gems’ such as St Leonards Church, built around 1180 (containing the oldest Saxon grave in Kent) and Hamilton Rd Cemetery (named after Lady Hamilton!). The house has 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, a front room (2 seat reclining sofa and 2 armchairs), dining table and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath/shower, a small toilet and a garden with BBQ and an outdoor fireplace. Perfect high speed WiFi (glass fiber) available in the whole house!

Hello, my kids are grown up now and so I have moved to Germany to be with my partner but I still have lots of family and friends in Deal and come back regularly to visit. I am available by phone. Also I have a local house keeper for any immediate issues.

Bright, family friendly and peaceful house. Leas Road is a quiet road with little traffic and is incredibly conveniently located, with a nearby CoOp shop and Chinese takeaway around the corner. Victoria Park and Tides are very nearby which is great for kids, dog walking, football and tennis and the town centre and train station are both a 10-15 minute walk away or very quick drive. There are also some extraordinary, lesser known areas of interest nearby such as St Leonards Church, Hamilton Road Cemetery (containing some of Deals most beautiful and oldest trees) and one of the most historic pubs in Deal, The Farrier Inn. 10 minute walk to Deal train station, 3 mins in the car. 15 minute walk to the beaches of Deal and the highstreet. There is normally a parking space available outside the front of the house however there is not a specific allocated place for the house. Unlimited free parking on Leas Rd.
