Avalon Retreat is a private cabin in the heart of Glastonbury, within 5 minutes walk of the High Street and the Abbey, and 15 minutes walk from the Chalice Well and White Spring. Our whimsical cabin is a detached ground-floor tiny house, situated next to our house. It is light, airy and relaxed, equipped with a hybrid Nectar double bed, an en suite shower & toilet, kitchenette, 32 inch flat screen smart tv, free Wi-Fi, an electric heater as well as a fan. Kitchenette includes a sink, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle, with crockery and cutlery also provided, as well as tea, coffee, salt, pepper, and milk of your preference.. The bathroom is fully stocked with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, and you will be provided with high quality Egyptian cotton bath sheets, hand and face towels. Adjacent to your cabin, you will find your own secluded garden, which overlooks a babbling brook, flowing with the famous water of Chalice Well and the White Spring. Our street is free to park your vehicle responsibly. We look forward to welcoming you!

John and I are both musicians who work from home, so we love the freedom running the cabin gives us! We thoroughly enjoy welcoming guests, and giving visitors somewhere to stay when experiencing this incredible town! I also have a passion for cooking, and will typically present you with a seasonal menu on your arrival! We feel very at home here in Glastonbury and hope you will too!

Glastonbury, often referred to as the spiritual heart of England, is a wild and wacky town! There are plenty of intriguing places to visit on your travels - whether its walking up the Tor, visiting the Chalice Well or the White Spring, you will also find something to do! We are surrounded by the beautiful Somerset levels, perfect for hiking, birdwatching, cycling. Glastonbury is home to many brilliant cafe's and restaurants, notably - Fara for brunch, and Queen of Cups for dinner, as well as the old.pub the George and Pilgrim, which is steeped in history!
