Bannsvale Farmhouse has 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a living dining area, separate TV room, utility and entrance hall, outside there is a large terrace with a charcoal BBQ and Ninja pizza oven, private garden and parking x 2 set off quite lane on Banns Rd, in the beautiful wooded valley. Easy access from the A30 great family space that sleeps 6/7 plus cot. Can also be combined for larger groups with Treetops lodge &/or the hayloft. All now under new ownership. The Farmhouse has 3 bedrooms a king, double and one with bunk beds, with a single top bunk and small double below, that three small ones could share, we can also provide a travel cot. Three bathrooms, one en-suite shower room, family bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs shower room. Downstairs a well equipped galley kitchen and open plan dinning living area with a separate TV room. A large hallway and utility room with two washing machines. You have a large private terrace and fully fenced garden, with parking for two cars.
After 14 years of having gites on ile de re, France, we returned to the UK in July 2023 we enjoyed meeting so many guests over the years we decided to continue and now live in Cornwall renting our Farmhouse ,Treetops Lodge and The Hayloft at Bannsvale Farm, Mount Hawke. You can message or call us anytime if there is a problem that is affecting your stay, we are happy to chat or leave you in peace to enjoy your holiday.
The house is on a quite lane off Banns Rd, Mount Hawke there's a fully fenced garden, there is also an additional acre of garden in a wooded valley setting with a stream and two ponds, a lovely space shared with nature and dotted with picnic tables, we ask that young children are accompanied an adult in this area. Set in the beautiful Cornish country side, yet only a five-minute drive to Porthtowan and Chapel Porth beaches. Mount Hawke village has a large convince store and post office both open 7 days a week. The Canteen where you can get a great breakfast, coffee, delicious homemade cakes, their famous cinnamon buns, lunches, fire pit food, and takeaways. The coastal path is walkable from Bannsvale Farm as is Chapel Porth beach and its lovely café. Approx. 20 mins. The Charming village of St Agnes is just 10 minutes by car has a blue flag beach and many cafe's, restaurants and bars. This heritage coastline is in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and is popular with surfer and families. The Victory Inn is walkable a trad pub with food, just be aware that a small section is along the coast road with no footpath so the lighter evenings are best or take a torch.
