I like to make sure that all my guests staying at Beachside Apartment firstly receive a warm welcome when entering the apartment. With everything spotlessly clean, fresh linen, fluffy towels and all they need to start there holiday. There is also a welcome information folder in the apartment which, contains a wealth of information everything from train times, beach safety, maps to ideas for great days out. Also as I live close by I am able to ensure that standards are kept high and that guests always have a friendly point of call through their whole holiday experience from the moment you enquire you will be able to contact me direct.

Beachside Apartment is a stunning coastal holiday apartment in a prime location with some sea views. There is also a wonderful communal terrace with amazing panoramic sea views across to St Ives Bay and beyond. It creates the perfect place for couples and families wishing to relax and enjoy a luxury self catering holiday any time of year. Internally the apartment is bright & beautifully presented. The central hallway has doors leading off to an open plan living area which includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and cosy lounge which has a luxurious feel. A main bathroom with bath, shower, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail. A beautiful master bedroom and second bedroom with twin beds. Externally there is a wonderfully spacious, communal terrace with commanding sea & coastal views. Perfect for relaxing with a good book or watching the sun set. Neighbourhood information

This splendid coastal apartment offers great accessibility to St Ives town centre and a multitude of surrounding golden sandy beaches. For walkers we are on the South West Coastal path which can be followed from the apartment either along the path into St Ives or in the other direction along the sand dunes and cliffs to Lelant and the Lelant Saltings. The popular West Cornwall Golf Club with its stunning views of St Ives Bay & Godrevy Lighthouse, is only a short drive away. St Ives is only a few minutes drive away and has a wealth of art galleries, boutique shops, museum, restaurants, bars, pubs, and cafes but not to forget the stunning scenery and beaches. Beachside Apartment really does make the perfect base to have many an adventure exploring all the local attractions. Local Facilities: The nearest supermarket is a Tesco which is less than a 5 minute drive off the main A3074 road in to St Ives. There are also, hairdressers, a chemist, a post office newsagents and general stores all a short walk away. During the day when on the beach there is a cafe, shop and food outlet.
