I have lived in Pakefield by the beach all my life growing up here as a child and now i have a young family myself so I can give advice if needed on the best areas to visit/do to maximise your stay if coming up for a holiday /short stay I am also a pet owner so during the renovation i had pets in mind with new high 6ft fences, solid concrete kicker boards to make the rear garden fully secure and all flooring downstairs carpet free. I travel often with work using airbnb and similar sites so I understand the needs of contractors/ workers and for long term contractor stays i can securely store equipment locally in a nearby secure lock up as well as house work bags for shift change overs.
