A lovely 3 bed townhouse with uninterrupted views towards Gower and Swansea Bay. Situated directly on the promenade of Aberavon Beach with a south facing patio. The house is situated on the National Cycle Network and Wales Coastal Path
Quiet residential area at the end of a 1.5mile promenade. There is a year round dog friendly beach adjacent to the house and the huge main beach is dog friendly October to May
