Set in a peaceful countryside location, Waterloo Place is a glorious 10 bed country house (sleeps 20) equipped with a fantastic indoor heated pool, Sauna and Steam Room. Enjoy 3 acres of ground with BBQ and outdoor dining facilities. Enjoy a game of pool on our slate bed pool table and keep fit by playing table tennis on a full size table. Here, you will truly find something for everyone. The layout of the property allows for large family /friends groups to gather and yet have their own privacy. The space Waterloo place is a fantastic venue for large groups to share special moments. Weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and well behaved hen nights can be celebrated here. With fantastic facilities including a large heated indoor swimming pool, a steam room and a traditional Nordic sauna. The main house has 7 bedrooms. 5 of them have double beds ( one is a waterbed) and 2 have two single beds. 3 of these are en-suite. Downstairs is a large living room with a fireplace and a slate bed pool table; Kitchen/dining room with a dining table able to sit around 14 people; A TV room with seating for 12 people. There is an outside BBQ area with wicker furniture seating for around 12 people and a table along with a full-size table tennis table. The annex is on the ground floor and has a double bed in the bedroom and a small kitchenette and bathroom which is self contained The pool house also on the ground level has a double bed in one of the bedrooms and two singles in the other bedroom. There is a kitchen/dining room with a table seating 4/6 and a 6 seater Steam Room and a sofa bed in the living room Outside there are around 2 acres of land to enjoy (and ample parking). There is an unfenced pond on the grounds.

There are fantastic local pubs including Greyhound, Tibenham (walking distance) and The Crown, Gissing. Local Attractions include, 1.
