Step outside and you’ll find a stunning woodland and nature reserve right next door, complete with scenic trails that connect you to Edinburgh’s most iconic spots. Whether you’re seeking culture, history, or outdoor adventure, this location has it all. The property sits on a main road, giving you excellent transport links and easy access to the city’s attractions. While you may notice a little daytime buzz from the street, most guests agree the convenience and vibrant atmosphere make it well worth it.

There is a beautiful woods and nature reserve next to the property, as well as numerous trails that link to all of the best spots in Edinburgh. If you like to work out there is a gym just a 5 minute walk away. You'll also want to stop by the picturesque Dean Village, which is only a 20 minute walk from the property.
