I’ve owned the house for 20 years and fully refurbished it including front and back gardens in 2020. It’s a home from home with all you need both inside and locally. Ideally located for Lytham and Blackpool with just a five minute walk to the beach

Situated on a quiet street within a minutes walk to Tesco Express (with free cashpoint), a sandwich shop, chippy, Chinese and Indian takeaways along with a newly opened vape store. There is a pub a 5 minute stroll away (The Links) and The Old Links Golf club is at the other end of the street. There are bus stops at the end of the road with one taking you through St Anne’s and on to Lytham and the other one will take you to Blackpool and beyond.
