In the interest of maintaining great standards and for the protection of our hosts, property owners and guests, we have teamed with Charge Automation for our online front desk, check-in service. This requires ID verification to be completed for each booking with a 250 pounds security deposit which is requested 1 day prior to check-in, refunded after inspection on check-out.
