Based in the friendly village centre of Mersham this newly renovated 2 bedroom cosy cottage. Situated a minutes walk from the Royal Oak Pub and village shop. A further stroll will take you to Mersham le hatch deer park, The farriers arms, Secret garden, & Evegate. Only 5 mins drive from the motorway Junction you'll have easy access to surrounding areas such as Hythe, Folkestone and Canterbury, Rye and more.
