The apartment is in an old regency building showcasing the elegance of a different era combined with modern interiors. From the large bright window front, to a state of the art kitchen and a charming breakfast bar where you can sit and watch the world go by, this apartment has everything you may wish for. The lounge features a large sofa where you can relax, read and enjoy a glass of wine or cup of tea or coffee, as well as a lovely wooden dining table to relish dinners with your friends and family. And if the hustle and bustle of the city leaves you feeling exhausted, there is a comfy double bed to sink into. All the while you can admire the lovely Matisse artwork pieces throughout the apartment. Please note, the freeholder of the property is renovating parts of the building. The stairway is currently being re-plastered alongside the door entry phone being replaced (this is not required for entry into the building). As this area is not to the standard we would like to offer we have reflected this in the price and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The apartment is nestled in the heart of Cheltenham in walking distance to brunch spots, Michelin star restaurants and some of Cheltenham's most renowned bars. Green spaces such as Montepellier Gardens and Sandford Park are only a short stroll away. The centre of Cheltenham has much to offer from a Tivoli cinema to the theatre. Cheltenham is known as the festival town and if you are planning to attend the races, you can take a short taxi ride to get there.
