The Property is located in a tucked away/private road behind a main road in the Town Centre in a Residential area. A convenient location with local amenities on its doorstep such as the famous "De La Warr Pavilion" today a centre for contemporary art – which has featured the work of Andy Warhol, Cerith Wyn Evans and Richard Wilson amongst others – and an auditorium, where Bob Marley had his first UK appearance and has since seen performances by Elvis Costello, Goldfrapp, Ray Davies, Years & Years, Patti Smith and Laurie Anderson. The Promenade, just across the road, offers stunning sea views along the coast towards Eastbourne and Hastings. A short stroll will take you to any kind of dining and drinking experience, plenty of cafes, galleries, boutiques and Egerton Park with many attractions on offer that appeal to children and Families.
