A cozy, modern 1 bedroom ground floor apartment located near all the amenities at The Bay, Filey.
Sleeps up to 4, ideal for couples or young families, pet friendly with french doors leading to the patio area.
We are Julie and Nigel who have been married for over 30 years. We live in Hull and have three grown up daughters and 2 grandchildren.
We have always loved the East Coast especially the Filey and Scarborough area.
As children we have both had family holidays at Butlins Fileyand have very fond memories.
So when we got an opportunity to purchase an apartment at The Bay (which is built on the old Butlins site) we jumped at the chance as we knew it would be enjoyed by all.
We have tried to think of everything to make the apartment home from home but will continuously make improvements based on any feedback received.
The Bay and surrounding area has so much to offer and just from our own experience as a family it appeals to everyone.
