Spacious beamed living/dining area with wood burning stove. oil central heating. French doors leading to the patio. 4 Velux windows give superb light throughout. Wooden staircase to first floor galleried double bedroom with king sized bed. Fully fitted modern kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine & dishwasher. Beautiful tiled bathroom with superb shower. Fold away table c/w 4 chairs, lounge furniture, TV, lamps and tables. Spacious parking, large patio.
We live in a large house on the croft and are available at all times, unless we are on holiday, in which case we will leave the number of someone for contact
A bus service runs regularly from Lumphanan to Aberdeen. Bus stop in Lumphanan. There are occasional busses that pass the road end heading towards Ballater. Cycling has been a very popular method of travel by many guests.
