The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Located 30 minutes north of central Oxford and 30 minutes east of central Cotswolds, The Cottage is within perfect driving distance to the lovely gastropubs that the Cotswolds has to offer such as The Swan Inn at Ascott, The Fox at Oddington and The Wild Rabbit at Kingham. Other destinations such as Daylesford Organic Farmshop and Burford are within a 30 minute drive and the historic landmark Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse and the new Members Only Estelle Manor are all within a 15 minute drive. The closest market town to The Cottage is Woodstock, a 10 minute drive and boasts plenty of cute coffee shops, pubs, shops, art galleries and restaurants.

Harris Stores/Post Office across the road is perfect for your essentials and the Red Lion pub is a 7 minute walk away - it’s a cosy local pub serving great food and is dog-friendly. Closed Mondays. There are many walks from the doorstep and The Cottage is conveniently close to Oxford city and central Cotswolds, all within a 30 minute drive.
