Property information

Boscastle House was built in approximately 1898, with later additions in the 1920's. The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors and comprises of six beautifully appointed en-suite letting rooms. Boscastle House successfully combines the charm and character associated with a building of its period, boasting many original features and the luxury of modern conveniences.

Neighbourhood information

The picturesque harbour of Boscastle is one of Cornwall’s most romantic places. The long narrow valley runs down to a steep and rocky entrance to the raging sea beyond. It is a place steeped in history, associated with authors and artists who have been inspired by its remoteness and rugged beauty, it has also been a working harbour, both for fishermen and stone workers over the years. The main village sits high above the harbour and is a pleasant place to explore. Boscastle House is set at the top of the village (this gives us fantastic views), the walk down the old village to the harbour is a beautiful and interesting one, however it is a steep hill to walk back up, as is most of Cornwall...
