Ideal location for sightseeing in the Lake District. You can walk along the beautiful Whitehaven Marina just a few minutes away. There are 2 beaches nearby - Parton beach 2.5 miles and St Bees 5 miles. Less than a 5 minute walk to the train and bus station. Shops, pubs, restaurants and take-aways just around the corner. Added bonus of a hot tub in the rear yard to relax and unwind in. Features 2 bedrooms on the top floor. Main bedroom has a kingsize bed with a superking duvet and the second bedroom has a double bed. The main living room is on the middle floor with a large sofa and pouffe giving plenty space for everyone to sit and relax. The bathroom is on the middle floor. It has a bath and a separate walk in shower. The small living room on the ground floor is doubled up as the 3rd bedroom. The sofa is a double metal framed sofa bed which can be made up prior to your arrival if required. It can also be used as a cosy living room if you don't want to sit upstairs. There are smart TV's in the bedrooms, the 2 living rooms and the bathroom. These are connected to the free WIFI and support the smart tv apps like Netflix, Amazon etc. There is no parking directly outside the house. Free off street parking is subject to availability. If it's available, it is at the top of the next street. There is paid parking a few hundred yards away in all directions. One has payable EV charging if required.

The house is situated close to the town centre. There's a tasty chip shop 2 doors down or there's plenty restaurants, pubs and takeaway's depending on what you fancy a few minutes walk away. If you want to cook yourself there's 5 supermarkets for shopping! Tesco being the closest one. There's a little shop across the road which is handy for snacks! There's a selection of shops to browse at your leisure. Whitehaven is a lovely town and is popular with tourists of all ages.
