A stand-alone small house in central Brighton with a private entrance, 15 minutes walk away from Brighton Station and 2 minutes walk away from the seafront. Boutique Dungeon has an open-plan sitting room/playroom and kitchen. Double bedroom with play area within it and a dedicated playroom. Open plan sitting room/playroom/kitchen has a wall-mounted gilded St Andrew’s Cross, spanking bench, lubricant and play accessories: floggers, paddles, restraints, ball gags etc. This open plan space features a click-clack sofa bed, which opens flat it sleeps one comfortably, at a push two. On either side of the St Andrew’s Cross are gold padded banquettes. There is a full kitchen and table/chairs that seat two. The Bedroom has a solid black metal double bed, mirrored ceiling, St. Andrew Cross, spanking bench, and smart TV. The Playroom features a suspension frame and sling. Please note that this is not a party venue. The location is in a central Brighton residential area and no amplified music is allowed after 11.00 pm A local security company will be called out if neighbours are disturbed, and you will be asked to leave.
