In the lounge area there is a TV with streaming services available and the kitchen facilities include an under-counter fridge with icebox freezer, a slimline dishwasher and a free standing electric cooker with oven, grill and hob. There's tea and coffee making facilities with both a kettle and Nespresso machine. The dining area has a table that can seat four along with four high stools. The bedroom has a double bed, space to hang your clothes and a dressing table. The shower room has an electric shower, which means the hotter you set the water temperature, the lower the pressure will be. There is also a heated towel rail. Up on on the roof terrace there is a sofa for you to relax on whilst taking in the view. Guests will have access to the entire space including the roof terrace, which is accessed solely via the apartment and is not a shared space. There are a couple of things to mention on accessibility. The apartment is located on the top floor of the building, which is up one flight of stairs and then two smaller sets of stairs. There is no lift. Once you are in the apartment the roof terrace is accessed via a ladder with handrails and you exit onto the roof through a roof hatch.
