Solid Luxury is a family business offering luxury self catering lodges and cottages across Scotland. We began our journey in 2007 when we made the decision to build 4 lodges on our working farm in Fife – Balmeadowside. Very quickly we realised that what we had was really special and our guests truly appreciated the environment they found themselves in. We love being able to share with our guests, the beautiful countryside, amazing views and peace and quiet that we are fortunate enough to enjoy everyday. We now have 102 properties in 8 locations throughout Scotland offering accommodation from 2 to 16 in lodges, cottages, farmhouses and estate homes, all based on our own working estates and farms except Conifers which is a stand alone lodge park beside the Galloway Forrest in Dumfries and Galloway and Kiltarlity Lodges in Inverness-shire near Loch Ness. Our aim is to create a home away from home with gorgeous views, dark skies and peaceful surroundings.

Bracken Lodge 6 is only Dog Friendly, we do not accept other pets in this lodge. Booking dot com do not have an option to only select dog friendly so we are unable to specify in any filters. Bracken Lodge 6 accepts 2 dogs at an additional cost direct to Solid Luxury payable 1 month prior to arrival.

On a tranquil hillside, just 15 minutes from Loch Ness, Kiltarlity Lodges is the perfect base for exploring the entire Highlands. The Isle of Skye, Cairngorm Mountain, Ben Nevis, Eilean Donan Castle and even John o’ Groats can all be reached on day trips.
