A semi-detached residence in a very quiet Cul de sac location. The property offers a private rear garden and private parking for 2 vehicles. There is also free on road parking. The kitchen is well equipped, with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, gas hob. There is a washing machine. Tv with frereview channels. Free WIFI throughout the property.

The property is located in a quiet cut de sac on the popular 'Thorpe Marriott' estate. Amenities, shopping, banks, eateries, take-outs, restaurants are all a short drive away. Bus stops are a few minutes walk and buses run to Norwich city centre regularly. Taverham garden centre is a short distance away, as is Wensum Valley Leisure centre and golf club.
