Cosy recently renovated delightful cottage next to the farm house All of our prices include all bedding, towels, and electric, There is a wood burning stove in the living area, Our quaint little cottage, which is attached to the farm house has 2 bedrooms,, each with a double bed, the cottage was originally a barn over 150 years ago, but was converted to provide accommodation for servants that worked at pale hall just up the drive, the pale estate of which the farm and cottage were originally part of, has been owned by many well known people, including the duke of Westminster, when the old duke passed the estate was divided off and sold, the cottage is offered at this reduced price as the grounds are not yet completed, approaching the cottage is through the farm yard itself passing several barns, we have one old barn ruin on the farm, most people say this is part of the charm and character of the place, probably why we have such a high number of returning guests,

Hi, thank you for looking at my cosy cottage, I would like to tell you a little about my self, my name is Yan I live with my husband Bernie, I do my little business from our home, I love living in this beautiful part of the Wales every thing is , so beautiful, I like Chinese food but my favourite food is Beans on Toast, my husband thinks I am so funny , I like to read books I used to work in a cake factory but now as I am getting old I just do my little holiday business, so I get to meet lots of people, my good friend is from Portugal, I like Chinese music, and I like guitar music, I like to eat dinner in restaurant,, I like plays, and real life movies, I am very traditional person, having guests in our cottage is so good, as we meet so many nice people and hear so much about life in other countries and UK,

Please see pictures, The cottage is situated in a beautiful area of the welsh countryside next to the farmhouse accessed through the farmyard, only a few minutes drive from the start of Snowdonia national park, There are lots of things to do around the area, including white water rafting, canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, mountain biking, karting, fishing, walking. the list is endless for active people, lots of people stay with us to go to use the zip line in Bethesda, or walk up Snowdon, our local mountain, about an hours drive away, canoes, boats windsurfers, are available to hire at the lake, bikes are available to hire in Bala, Llangollen is only 25 minutes away, there you can go on canal boat trips or even hire a canal boat for the day, there is also one of the many local steam railways there, we even have our local steam railway around the back of the lake, fishing is available in the river only a few hundred yards from the cottage, licences can be obtained in the local bar just at the end of our drive, the bar serves really nice food and being so close is a perfect place to eat out or have a friendly drink,
