The property offers flat access throughout the ground floor, with wide doorways and a ramp to the main entrance. The accessible bedroom includes direct patio access. Ground floor twin bedroom with option for a profiling bed, bed raisers, mobile hoist, or shower chair/commode (all on request, price on request). Accessible en-suite wet room with non-slip flooring and grab rails beside the toilet, washbasin, and shower seat.

Keen walkers may already be familiar with Cwmysdradllyn and Cwm Pennant they will bear testament to the fact that there really is no exaggeration when people describe these valleys as the most beautiful in Wales. An un-spoilt wilderness of towering peaks interweaved by crystal clear rivers and streams. As well as the mountains of Eryri (Snowdonia) the farmhouse is also ideally suited to explore the seaside villages of the Pen Llŷn (Llŷn Peninsula). Criccieth, 3 miles away, is one of those hidden gems of the North Wales coastline. It has, of course, its world famous ‘Cadwaladers’ ice cream and the usual cafés and fish and chip shops but, for a small village, it boast’s some really quite nice restaurants. The ever popular market town of Pwllheli and fashionable Abersoch are a little further along the coast. The nearest town with supermarket etc is Porthmadog, some 5 miles away.
