“Very welcoming host and a beautiful shepherds hut. Very well kitted out. Bed was really comfy and the kitchenette was very well equipped. The host had thought of everything and had added a few extras in the fridge such as milk, butter and jam....”

Relax and glamp in this unique Shepherd’s Hut newly built for your comfort. Self-contained with a bathroom, kitchen, King size bed, TV, internet & electric heating. A cosy retreat in any season. Peaceful, private location with an outdoor seating area. Next to a burn with inspiring walks and wildlife on the doorstep.
Less than a mile from the 7Stanes centre at the Forest of Ae, with superb trails for MTB, cycling, walking and riding. Secure parking and bicycle storage and a bike wash down and maintenance area. Stabling and grazing available for anyone travelling with their horses. We are between Moffat, Lockerbie, Dumfries & Thornhill with easy access to many local visitor attractions and to the M74 & onward travel connections in Scotland & England.
