Children under 16 years are permitted in the pool and Spa area from 08:00 to 14:00 (last entry to the pool is 1:00).
On arrival you will be required to present the card you have made your deposit/pre-payment with at hotel reception.
This card will be swiped for a minimum value of £50.00 plus any outstanding balances to allow charges to your room.
Please note, unless previously arranged with Lakes Hotel and Spa, we do not accommodate any groups/parties.
Hotel bedrooms are available to check in from 3.00pm and apartments are available to check in from 4.00pm.
