With its perfect beachfront location, Serena makes an ideal romantic getaway for couples all year round, or a base for a family beach holiday Serena is located within a unique gated development of 27 apartments and two houses and is arguably one of the most luxurious and well equipped of the apartments in this development with close attention to detail. The apartment also comes with its own reserved car parking space.

Cornwall's unique character comes from its historic landscape and some 400 miles of spectacular coastline. This quite stunning apartment occupies a magnificent beach front setting with views out over the golden sand and turquoise sea to St Ives Bay and beyond. Access to St Ives is either by train from the Carbis Bay Station on the scenic St Ives Branch line, which is adjacent to the apartment, or by foot. It is just over a mile away via the South West Coast path. St Ives is home to the landmark Tate St Ives Gallery (built in 1993) and the famous Barbara Hepworth Museum, St Ives is bordered by three beautiful sandy beaches which are repeatedly voted among the best in the British Isles, one particularly for surfing. Set against the colourful backdrop of the working fishing harbour, the turquoise waters of St. Ives have attracted artists since the 19th century due to its renowned clarity of light. The town, with winding cobbled streets, is an all-year tourist destination. The apartment is adjacent to the stunning South West Coast Path and just to the East of Carbis Bay on this path is the magnificent unspoiled beach of Porth Kidney Sands.
