The house features 2 double bedrooms and 2 single bedroom, a modern kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a shower. The house is perfect for larger groups and those seeking style and comfort whilst visiting Sunderland.

A deceptively large 4 bedroom property which can sleep up to 6 guests. The property has been recently fully refurbished and is as new. We have been operating in serviced properties for over 4 years and believe our experience and service puts us ahead of other providers. The property is close to pubs, restaurants, local shops, a major supermarket and petrol stations
