The location of the flat is great with shops and cafés nearby as well as a bus stop just outside the front door. The lounge/dining room is pleasant with French doors leading to a paved area and a private parking area. Both bedrooms are comfortable.

Mark the host was very nice and accomodating, there was tea and coffee and even a milk in the fridge. It was a warm and nice flat. Nice sinve it was so cold outside. Good to have the key in a keybox and not have to run off to some place to pick it...

cereal selection was to my liking. i could find the off street parking rang the owner and he was very helpful also the key code supplied was incorrect he sent me the correct code very quickly :-)

Good location, comfortable beds. Access was very easy and host was incredibly considerate, kindly providing gluten free cereal to one of the coeliac guests which was above and beyond.

I am a happy Father of one who lives in London and works in the South West f England. I enjoy going to the pub, festivals and trips abroad.

Property information

This is a special place close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The flat is close to; The Memorial Stadium, Cabots Circus, the City centre, Southmead Hospital, MOD Filton, Air Bus, Rolls Royce and UWE. Clifton is a short journey away, as well as easy access to the M32, M4 and M5. Gloucester road has a large number of pubs, restaurants and shops, all within walking distance of the flat. It really is a perfect location. The bedrooms each have two zip and link beds.
