Lowlee Buoy is a Modern, traditionally featured, Townhouse, set just off the Penzance Promenade with nearby secure gated parking on request. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and bi-folding doors to the rear yard. The lounge has a 55 inch TV SkyQ standard package with Netflix/kids tv and there is 150 Mbps Superfast Wifi Broadband. There are Smart TV's in each bedroom. Wifi is available throughout the house. One double bedroom is located in the attic, this room has no door on the attic stairs, but it is a private area. The Mediterranean styled back yard has sunshine throughout the day and a seating area to chill. The property backs onto the sub-tropical Morrab Gardens, where you will be conveniently placed with the town centre a 5 minute stroll away, offering many restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries, a cinema and the Harbour and Scillonian terminal is nearby, also Newlyn fishing village. The bus and train stations are a 10 minute walk/2 minute taxi ride away. St Ives: 20min drive Mousehole: 5min " Lands End: 15min " Minack: 15min

We love our little corner of the world, there are certain things that are unique to our Duchy that we love to share with other people - Like the feeling of happiness when you are by the sea. I enjoy swimming, exploring the beautiful beaches and walking the coastalpaths.
The beautiful 'Morrab Gardens' are just behind the house - delightful to sit and read in, or to search for tadpoles. Grab a pasty and have some lunch on one of the many benches :) The Jubilee Pool, Cornwall's art deco lido, 5 minute walk. This lovingly restored, saltwater lido sits elegantly on Penzance's Promenade. This year, visitors will be treated to 35°C temperatures all year round thanks to natural geothermal energy. There are fish and chip shops, an Indian restaurant and a cafe within 2 minutes walking distance. There is a large LIDL and Asda Supermarket 5 minutes walk away. The Pirates Rugby Club is a 5 minute stroll from the house. Penlee park open air theatre and Penlee house gallery and Museum is a 5 minute stroll away which also has a lovely cafe. Newlyn Fishing Village is a 10 minute stroll along the promenade. It has quaint restaurants, cafes, galleries, filmhouse, and a famous Ice Cream shop (Jelberts) yummy! You can walk a further 10 minutes along the coastal route to Mousehole. St Ives with its many galleries, restaurants and beautiful beaches is a 15/20 minute drive away. Lands End/Porthcurno/Sennen Cove and the Minack Theatre are also a 15/20 minute drive away.
