Set at the end of a residential cul-de-sac with no through traffic. This property is close to the city centre, There is a Tesco Express with ATM is a few minutes away. Leazes Park located behind St James Park Stadium is at the end of the main street housing a beautiful lake and coffee shop. A few minutes from the city centre, this property can be easily accessed from the main links into the city. The Train Station is a 20 mins walk or 6 mins Taxi ride. The Airport is approx. 15 mins in a taxi. St James Metro Station is a 10 mins walk or 4 mins Taxi from the accommodation. There are Bus Stops located 2 mins walk away. There is easy access to the A1 & Metro Centre. Please note that a noise monitoring device is in use at the accommodation to help reduce noise disturbances.
