“Just as described, small but it had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Front door opens on to main road, so be careful with dogs. Short walk to pubs / restaurant and the lovely canal waterway. We were very happy with the place.”

Enjoy a trip to our charming cottage in Gilwern, perfectly located within the Brecon Beacons National Park. With the picturesque Monmouth Brecon Canal running through the village and the mesmerising Black Mountains acting as a backdrop, it is an ideal base for (dog)walking, cycling, and exploring the local area, including the delightful market town of Abergavenny, ‘The Gateway to Wales’ Guests enjoy driveway parking for one car. Dogs and bikes are welcome.
