This tastefully decorated, coastal cottage would suit couples, or a family looking for a centrally located base for a trip to Deal. The pallet of soft white walls, exposed beams, wooden floors and soft carpets in the bedrooms, give the house a homely, easy-going feel which will suit most guests looking for a relaxed location to unwind. Arranged over three floors, there are two double bedrooms and a cloakroom with WC/ handbasin on the first floor. The large, bright reception room and relaxed dining room are on the ground floor, the spacious kitchen & attractive master bathroom, are located on the lower ground floor. The property has a deceptively large, and very attractive rear garden. Access to the garden is via the lower-ground floor, however the addition of French doors and a pretty Juliette-style balcony in the dining room, allows you to enjoy the lovely garden vista from the ground floor. The bright kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, whether you choose to eat in the cosy dining room during colder months, or in the beautiful garden with its choice of seating, in the warmer months! This cosy coastal cottage is also pet friendly, making it the perfect family seaside getaway.

Union Road is located just off Deal High Street, an ideal location to base yourself for a trip to Deal & the surrounding areas. Deal train station is just a few minutes’ walk away & the hi-speed train takes just 1 hour & 20 minutes (approximately) to travel to & from St Pancras International. The high street has everything you might need during your stay, the North end has various independent cafes, coffee shops, galleries & stylish stores, selling unique gifts & homewares. The South end of the High Street, has many of the bigger high-street names, alongside 2 traditional fruit & vegetable shops, 2 butcher shops, 2 chemists & various other suppliers offering a range of products. The train station, Deal, is literally 2 minutes walk and you can get to London in an hour and a half on the fast train to London St Pancras. There are plenty of buses and you can walk everywhere!
