Lantern Cottage is nestled in the beautiful rural village of Combeinteignhead, which is 1.5km from Bishopsteignton across the River Teign and It is surrounded by wildlife & farmland. The spacious 2 double bedroom apartment is on the ground floor of the owners accommodation. It is located just 10 minutes from the seaside resort of Teignmouth; 20 Mins from Torquay; And 25 mins from the edge of Dartmoor National Park. Combeinteignhead boasts two excellent gastro pubs and has enviable country walks and is a great location for exploring the wonderful gems of South Devon.
Quiet picturesque village location in Combeinteignhead surrounded in beautiful countryside. Only a 6 minute car journey from Newton Abbot railway station. Once parked in your own guest parking space, you are free to enjoy many rural walks around the village, or why not venture further afield to Stokeinteignhead, Shaldon or Teignmouth? Alternatively, you can take car drive to Torquay within 20 minutes; Or head for the interesting towns of Totnes, Ashburton or Brixham; The Dartmoor national park, or the historic city of Exeter all within a 25 minutes car journey.
