Working Farm with sheep, horses, cats and dogs set on edge of very attractive Village with many thatched properties. 10 minute drive to Stratford upon Avon and edge of the Cotswolds which include Chipping Campden, Broadway, Stow on the Wold, Bourton on the Water all offer a wonderful day out. Set on Heart of England Walking Way & Heart of England Forest. Convenient for Cider Mill Barns Wedding Venue, Pebworth being 1 mile away. Hidcote Manor & Kiftsgate Gardens and many other National Trust properties all within easy driving distance as well as Warwick Castle , Cadburys World, Shakespeare properties, RSC Theatre. Ragley Hall. Convenient for Stratford, Warwick, Cheltenham, Hereford & Worcester Race courses.
Friendly family working Farm. Ensuite bedrooms, ground floor in converted stable block with tea/coffee facilities, microwave, fridge. TV, Heating, clock/radio. Ideal for the working person should you require room only. Free wi fi. Ample parking. Larger vehicles also can be accommodated. CCTV. BREAKFAST: WE NO LONGER OFFER THIS FACILITY. SO ACCOMMODATION IS ON ROOM ONLY BASIS, Numerous places to obtain breakfast/brunch in area. There is a fridge and microwave in room. 0NE DOG IS TAKEN BY ARRANGEMENT & MUST BE INFORMED WHEN MAKING THE RESERVATION. THE HOST MUST BE NOTIFIED OF THIS. (Maximum 1 dog) and not allowed to be left on its own in bedroom. There is a daily charge. If your dog is left in car - free. We are in the countryside so a vehicle is necessary as not on a bus route.
Directions from Stratford upon Avon take the B439 Evesham Road for 4 miles, turn Left signed Welford. Go into centre to Maypole Shop, turn Right here signed Dorsington. Drive approx. a mile take 1st left signed Dorsington. Drive one and quarter miles and Church Farm is second property on your right with Church Farm sign. A vehicle is necessary as not on a bus route. Lovely walks right from your door step exploring Heart of England Forest. The Village is small and has many thatched houses. From M5 J.9 head for Evesham and then B439 to Bidford. In Bidford turn Rt at roundabout signed Broadway. Over traffic lights and bridge. Drive 1 mile take 1st Lt signed Welford, go about a mile take 1st Rt signed Dorsington. Drive 1 half miles turn Lt at Village Green at Church. We are 100 yards on left with Church Farm sign. Ample Pubs/restaurants just over 2 miles from the Farm. Lovely walking/cycling area.
