Welcome to my large 121 sqm home on 3 floors where you enjoy a deluxe twin room at the front of the property overlooking a quiet road and with two large windows, TV and thermal blackout curtains with shared bathroom which includes a large double shower and toilet, the lounge is large and double aspect, the kitchen is large with a dining table and all mod cons and there is a sunny shared courtyard from the kitchen. The front room can be a twin room or mega large bed when pushed together. It has two large windows for the morning sunlight and heaps of fresh air. Note : double shower and toilet on floor 1 and bedrooms on floor 3 and large double aspect lounge on floor 2. So please note : you go down two floors for the toilet from the bedroom but you get used to this. I also have a commode (!). I've lived here more than 3 years. The facilities are brand new and the location is perfect. I am minutes from the beach and coastal path and seconds to the shops, pubs and restaurants, bike hire, kayak and paddleboard hire and lessons and sauna the harbour for fishing, swimming and boat trips or sunset cruises and seconds to the buses also to Penzance or Falmouth and my favourite beach Praa Sands. I recommend the small boat to Newlyn where you can eat fresh seafood and I saw a dolphin near St Michael's Mount at 1.30pn. I have a wealth of experience and ideas for you and look forward to welcoming you. Altho there is no WiFi you can use my personal hot spot or go to village for endless free WIFI Also to note. The photos show free parking spaces just a short walk away from property for your convenience. This is better than a room in a hotel for sure. Porthleven is a foodie haven with Michelin restaurant and over 10 places to eat. There is a great old pub by the waves in the rock. And you can baske in the sunshine overlooking the harbour at the Harbour Inn and the brass band plays outside every Sunday. The Brewery had music events. The Atlantic Inn has great sunsets over the sea. Lots of other live music options and two fish n chip shops and an arts festival and food festival. An amazing beach with private mini coves and fab walks either way along the epic coast path. You will understand why I have chosen to live and enjoy Porthleven.
