This is perfect for those visiting Preston and surrounding areas for work, relocation, holidays, Contractors etc. The house offers Cosy and Comfortable beds, full fibre Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Simple but elegant interiors, free Off-road Parking. enclosed rear garden with furniture and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy your deliciously cooked meals in the Open Plan Kitchen/diner warmed with electric fireplace and Gas central heating. We have a video doorbell with recording/photo/motion capabilities at the front door.

Clifton House is also at a fantastic location within walking distance to The Docklands. The house is near to bus stops and motorway, parks, fields, and rivers, with shops and pubs within a walking distance. Places of attraction to visit in Preston include The Ribble Steam Railway and Museum, Lancashire Infantry Museum, The Owl and Bird of Prey Sanctuary, The Docklands, Lancaster canal, The Guild etc. Also, you can get to the Blackpool Pleasure Beach which is only 24 minutes’ drive away by car to enjoy the bustling resort of Blackpool, The lake District is also within an hour drive by car.
