Guest house, (Coastal Joy) is centrally located; very near to beach, promenade, and all amenities. Newly refurbished and tastefully decorated the house also benefits from a fabulous hot tub and sauna. Located within walking distance to pubs; Italian and Indian restaurants, shops, cafes and an assortment of take-a-ways. A Lynx golf course and a Maritime Centre (overlooking the beach), all in close proximity. A warm, friendly welcome awaits you.

We have enthusiastically ran a holiday let for many years and guests frequently comment about the friendliness of the local people. Guests who have stayed at our property have rewarded the care and attention we pay to detail with a 5 star rating. We genuinely want to do our utmost to ensure people enjoy their stay. The Central offers bands or karaoke on a Saturday night. On a Sunday you can get a beautiful Sunday lunch. Like quizzes - the Old Ship hosts a regular Thursday evening quiz and you will be made very welcome by the locals. This establishment also does a Sunday lunch.
